Bunco Shrimp

Shrimp with cocktail sauce is always a good addition to any home party. But I step it up a kick by putting a small amount of cocktail sauce in individual small plastic cups. You can buy them at Walmart. Then I arrange at least three large shrimp hooked around the sides with the tails on the outside. My guests love them because they can pick up two or three shrimp cups and put them on the plate then move on to the next item. If you really want to impress, you can use fancy shot glasses instead of the plastic cups.

The presentation of this simple staple is what sets it above the rest. Your guests will appreciate how easy it is to eat and discard. You will NEVER end up with any shrimp left over that you have to throw away. They go fast, so you don't need to worry about keeping them chilled while they are set out for the party.

I make enough cups so each guest can have three cups. Some eat more and some eat the rest.
