Bunco supplies are easy to come by, because one of the great things about the dice game of bunco is that it is an easy game to play, but it also requires little equipment or set up.

The one thing you must have to play bunco is a set of dice.
You will need three dice for every group of people. There are four players to a group.
If you don't have multiples of four players, always round up to the next number. For example, if you have 11 players, you'll need 3 sets of dice. If you have 14 players, you'll need to round up and have 4 sets of dice. When you have an odd number of players, you'll probably play with a "ghost". Novelty, game and party stores will probably sets of dice. I found sets of 12 before at the $1 store.
If you are shopping for a specific color, you can shop online for dice.
A bell isn't required, but if you are spread out in a large area, it is nice to have a bell to ring to signal the start and end of a game.
A bell is also useful to be heard over everyone voices, because bunco players tend to talk a lot!
A cowbell is popular, but a "ring for service" type call bell is sometimes used as well...
You'll need some way to show who has just rolled a bunco. Some groups use a boa, some use a tiara, some use a pair of fuzzy dice.
