Cake Balls
A dessert that is really popular right now is to serve cake balls.
Tita's Flan
Equipment:
Preheat oven at 325 degrees. Blend all the ingredients. Pour filling on top of caramelized sugar. Place cake pan in larger dish (roasting pan) in oven, then pour an inch of hot water in roasting pan (water bath). Cook for 1 hour. Remove flan dish and let it cool. Put a cover /(aluminum foil) and stick in refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

Cheesecake Brownies
Prepare brownie mix as directed on package and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add sugar, mixing until blended. Add egg and vanilla. Mix just until blended. Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie mixture. Cut through batter with knife several times for a marble effect. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned. Cool and cut into squares to serve.

Frosting:
Frosting: Combine margarine, cocoa and milk in saucepan. Heat until margarine is melted. Remove from heat and gradually add sugar and then vanilla. Spread over colled cake.
