Old Fashioned Scorecards

I have been trying to find individual Bunco cards that we used to use. Everyone had their own tally card that they wore around their neck. There were numbers all around the top and down both sides that we would hole punch when you won a game. Across the bottom was numbers for BUNCOS that we punched. There was no mini buncos or any other points counted. Super, super simple! Does anyone remember?
